1. Application fee: 1,600 NTD.
  2. Requests for a refund or transfer must be received four weeks prior to the exam date. If it is less than 4 weeks from the exam date, refunds and test date transfers will only be considered under special circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.
    The following are considered special circumstances for test date transfer or refund:
    • Serious illness
    • Loss or bereavement
    • Hardship/trauma
    All transfers or cancellation will be subject to a 200NTD administration fee.
  3. Each candidate can only register for one level each test time. Any test level change will not be permitted after registration is completed.
  4. Please make sure your child for the most suitable level. No changes can be made after registration is completed.
  5. Please fill in the application form completely. Registration will not be accepted if the form is not completed.
  6. Please keep the copy of the registration for future reference.
  7. Candidates will receive an admission card with the test date, time, and test venue.
  8. If the personal information on the admission card is incorrect (different from the information given at registration), please send it back within a week and it will become invalid. Also, please immediately contact us for further information on correcting the information and re-sending the admission card.【Contact Us
  9. If candidates lose or damage the admission card, please bring along the candidate’s ID card or National Health Insurance Card, and a 2-inch photo to re-apply for a new card at the test venue. A replacement fee of 200NTD is required.

    Please refer to the Online Application, and fill in the required information. You will be directed to AllPay, a third party online payment system. You will be required to complete all the necessary information.
